We shut ourselves down so we can’t get hurt by others,
We don’t have any motivation to do things because if we do, then we’d know we’re just hurting more.
We tell ourselves nobody cares because no one does care enough to try and help you at that time to make you happier or ask whats going wrong.
We think of all the negative things we could possibly think of, instead of lying to ourselves and pretending it’s all okay when we know the truth.
We give ourselves the pain, because even if we don’t deserve it we’re better than that and we don’t want anyone else to share our own pain and suffering.
We do that because we “feel” too much and because we over think the things that eventually kill us inside.
